Flaméa Exchange Policy (Damaged Items Only)

At Flaméa, each product is carefully inspected and packed with love. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns.

1. EXCHANGES (DAMAGED ITEMS ONLY)

  • Exchanges are only accepted for items damaged during delivery.
  • Requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

2. HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

To request an exchange for a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or video showing the damage
  • Product name

3. NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Used or opened items
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
  • Minor variations in color, shape, or design due to the handmade nature of our products

4. EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same product (subject to availability).
  • If the same item is unavailable, an alternative of equal value will be offered.
  • No refunds or store credits will be issued.

5. FINAL SALE

All products sold on Flaméa are final sale and non-refundable.
